Depending on the application of the final product, MPC can offer our customers a variety of dielectrics to choose from, whether FR-4 or polyamide, BT or even several varieties of PTFE. We stock a wide range of dielectric thickness / copper weight combinations. Our default board though, is G-10 FR-4 with 1/2 or 1 oz copper (dependant on design) and includes a gloss photo-imageable solder-mask over bare copper. Alternative or additional finishes such as immersion gold over nickel, carbon contacts, or peelable solder-masks are just some of the many options available to create the board you need."
